Frequently Asked Questions


Below are some questions we frequently get regarding our products and designs.  If your question is not answered below, feel free to contact me at Bettie@TheSassyBee.com

-  Can I have a single shirt made or does it have to be a group order?
 Either!   We take group orders or individual design requests. 

-   How long will it take to complete my order?
We try to complete all orders as soon as possible with a goal of two weeks from the order date, however much of this depends upon the number of orders in front of yours.  The beginning of each sport season is especially busy and orders can take longer during these times of year.  If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know PRIOR TO ORDERING so we can make a determination about whether or not your deadline can be met.  

Do I have to use your shirts or can I bring you my own shirt and have you decorate it?
Due to a number of problems we've had using client provided items we made the difficult decision to only use garments provided by The Sassy Bee with our spirit wear.    

Can I bring you a blanket or other personal item to embroider? 
At this time, we have terminated the 'embroider only' division of The Sassy Bee and now only focus on spirit wear.

-How do I place an order?
The best way to order is to send an email or fill out a Contact Me request.  If you already know what you'd like created, provide the details in the email and we can invoice you for the payment.  

Please provide the following:   

♥ Shirt STYLE  -  shirt COLOR  -  shirt  SIZE

♥ The design you'd like made

♥ Team colors to be used in the design

♥ Special instructions

♥ Your contact information
